What Data We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Consultation form: your name, the treatment you are interested in, and any message you write. This information is not stored on our servers — when you press “Continue on WhatsApp”, it is passed directly into a WhatsApp message that you control and send yourself.
- WhatsApp, email and phone: if you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, photos of your hair and details of your medical history.
- Medical information: to prepare a treatment plan, our clinical team needs relevant health information (e.g. medications, conditions such as diabetes). This is special category data and we handle it with additional care, only with your explicit consent, and only for the purpose of assessing and planning your treatment.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data: with your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
- Advertising data: with your consent, we may use Meta (Facebook) tools to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Who We Share Your Data With
- Our partner clinic in Turkey: if you proceed with treatment, we share the clinical information needed to plan and deliver your care. Turkey is outside the UK; we share data under appropriate safeguards and only what is necessary for your treatment.
- Service providers: WhatsApp (Meta), Google (analytics), and our website hosting provider (Cloudflare). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.
- We never sell your personal data.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enquiries that don’t proceed: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Patient records: retained as required for clinical and legal purposes, in line with healthcare record-keeping standards.
- Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics settings (maximum 14 months).
